Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in your subscription. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply.

1. Free plan

The Free plan requires no payment and can be cancelled at any time without charges.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

Paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro) are eligible for a full refund if requested in writing within 7 days of the first payment. To request, email billing@legalkairos.app from your account email.

3. Monthly subscriptions

After the 7-day window, monthly plans are non-refundable.
Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Yearly subscriptions

Refunds after 7 days are calculated pro-rata for the unused months, less a 10% processing fee.
AI credits already consumed are non-refundable.

5. Enterprise / Contact-sales plans

Enterprise contracts follow the terms of the signed order form; refunds are governed by that document.

6. Non-refundable items

AI credits, add-on packs, and one-time consulting or onboarding fees.
Payments older than 90 days.

7. How to cancel

Sign in and go to Billing → Subscription.
Click Cancel plan and confirm.
You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.

8. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. UPI and card refunds may take longer depending on your bank.
